White "Blonde" Bar

This pure Blonde* artisan bar is made with Iain's signature white chocolate which is exceptionally creamy and smooth because it contains a high percentage of superior quality cocoa butter (so less sugar is needed). 

*Did you know that white chocolate should be creamy yellow, or "blonde", rather than bleached white? Its blonde colour indicates that it is fresh and that it contains good quality cocoa butter. Bleached white chocolate usually means that the milk solids have gone sour.
