We’re excited to share our latest collaboration bar with you!

Made with the masters of flavour at Easton Chilli (who are making some of the most incredible spicy condiments money can buy, if you don’t already know), this bar uses flavour infusions inspired by their Pa Lo Hot Sauce – a punchy sauce with notes of sweet, aniseed, and citrussy flavours. Letting this chocolate melt across your tongue is a flavour sensation that sends your tastebuds on a warming exciting journey.

We’ve paired this with Easton Chilli’s Pa Lo Sauce; Pa Lo is inspired by the Thai dish “moo pa lo”, which roughly translates to “braised pork with five spice”. The dish is basically a sweetened soy-heavy sauce with a tonne of five spice, and it’s typically served with pork belly, hard boiled eggs, and plain rice. Like a lot of Thai dishes it’s about the balance of strong flavours. The hot sauce version takes those strong flavour notes – sweet, salty, aniseed – and pairs them with birds eye chillies, rice vinegar and lime juice for a punchy medium heat sauce. Think of it like a twist on a hoisin sauce!
