A new compilation of single origin Velvet Truffles and Pralines from Iain's favourite island - São Tomé.  Includes pure dark Langue de Chat and a candied pineapple slice dressed in this amazing couverture.  The couverture itself has an intense cocoa body with sweet red fruit notes which give way to warm spices and a gentle roasted finish.
