We have spent years perfecting our traditional Panettone in the bakery. It is rich, perfumed, full of candied fruit and topped with almonds and sugar crystals, and those flavours are all represented in this chocolate bar. Dark chocolate made with Grenadian cocoa beans from Crayfish Bay Organic Estate, is enriched with our own panettone, then orange peel and nibs of toasted almond and sugar are embedded in the bar.
