Our Super Dark Collection has 4 bars from darker end of things. Starting with the sweetest here, the 80% Ecuador, you'll be surprised by just how sweet an 80% bar can be when it's made with light-roasted cacao. The 80% Uganda presents with a naturally fruity orange note and the 80% Mexican Almendra Blanca bar is made from Pure Criollo cacao and is incredibly light and complex for such a dark bar. Finally, we have our flagship 100% Belizean bar, made with just one ingredient - cacao. Containing no added sugar, this bar will change your perceptions of 100% chocolate for the better. Have fun tasting!
Bars in the Super Dark Collection are 80-100% and made with just specialty cacao and sugar, so contain no added fat like palm oil or cocoa butter, no cocoa powder and no vanilla.
