We have been baking with our chocolate since we started making it in 2013 and we are pleased to present it in a form that is easy to use for cooking. These tins contain the same pastilles used by professional chefs and bakers. Each oval weighs approximately 5g and is a convenient format for melting into batters or ganaches. Alternatively break into cookie doughs, glaze over cakes or nibble as a snack. Tempered and ready to use at home.
