Our Michelin star restaurant supplied milk chocolate salted caramel is a blend of 40% Ecuadorian milk chocolate and a muscovado based caramel with sea salt and dark chocolate salted caramel is a blend of 62% Ecuadrorian dark chocolate and a muscovado based caramel with sea salt.

We use no cream or butter in our recipe - instead we use water making our truffle a water ganache and in doing so unveil all the hidden notes in these beautiful single origin chocolates.
