Agua Escondida means concealed or hidden water spring in English. The name of the estate, in turn, refers to the important freshwater aquifers present throughout Tabasco.
This is a cacao which has shown that with proper fermentation, cacao from Tabasco can rank amongst the best in the world.
Flavour notes: Pecan, Red Fruits, Plum, Molasses.
Brew just like loose leaf tea.
Infuse for 3-4 minutes. Sweeten to taste, if you wish.
