About this Product
These chocolate flakes have been expertly roasted, ground and formulated for making the best Iced Chocolate. Once you try it you will find any excuse to make another!
We source the finest cacao from the Öko-Caribe co-operative in the Dominican Republic. Expect rich, indulgent chocolate tones with a hint of Maldon sea salt.
Method:
Add 30g boiling water to 30g chocolate
Electric whisk until smooth + melted*
Add 100ml milk to a glass with ice
Pour chocolate mixture over and stir
*We find that using an electric whisk ensures that the flakes are fully melts, which is important to achieving the best flavour 🤎 Our favourite is the NanoFoamer.
Ingredients: Cocoa beans, raw unrefined cane sugar*, cocoa butter*, sea salt. *organic.
