Hot Cross Bun 50% Milk Small Easter Egg

Is it even Easter without a Hot Cross bun for breakfast? Well, they are a staple in our homes and we had to transform all those warm feelings into an Easter egg for our small eggs. Toasted breadcrumbs run throughout this delicious Oko Caribe 50% milk chocolate, balanced with lots of delicious spices. There is something so satisfying about crispy breadcrumbs perfectly encapsulated in chocolate.

Proudly featured by James Martin on Easter weekend in 2024, with comments like ‘how have you got that egg to take like this’ and ‘that’s off the charts’ from Jason Atherton, and an excited James himself saying ‘I have no idea how you got that taste into this’.

The egg itself is a mini of our large eggs, it wears the Chocolarder motif proudly across its chest.

Designed in-house, each egg comes in an illustrated box with a snug internal fit, a cut-out window, and a whimsical spiral-style closure—all crafted 100% plastic-free!

Ingredients

Cocoa beans, Sugar, MILK powder, hot cross bun (wheat flour (GLUTEN), MILK, butter (MILK), apple, currants, cinnamon, nutmeg, yeast), sea salt, nutmeg, allspice, ginger, clove.

Each egg is 90g.

This Easter egg contains dairy and gluten, it’s made in a factory that also handles tree nuts.
