This Praline is made using freshly roasted Hazelnuts. Stone ground with ethically sourced coconut sugar, this soft centre praline is coated in our signature dark chocolate.
Gianduja is a traditional Italian chocolate made by grinding cocoa beans with nuts and sugar. Because of a cacao shortage imposed by Napoleon, the chocolatiers of Piedmont cleverly bulked out their chocolate with hazelnuts locally grown at the foot of the alps.

Fun Fact: Hazelnut Gianduja will contain at least 30% hazelnut paste (At Radek’s Chocolate we do 32%).
