Doi Pui 80% Dark Chocolate

A first for Chocolarder, these are the first beans from Thailand that we’ve worked with, a relatively new origin to the Eurpean market which is quickly scooping up awards and international recognition.

These beans represent the start of Thai cocoa, created over 30 years Prof. Sanh La-ongsri, Ph.D combined Criollo and Amelonado cocoa varieties and this is the first time they have left the country after struggling to keep up with local demand. The result is an incredibly creamy sought after cocoa.

You may find it hard to believe this is 80% cocoa!
