Bare Bones Chocolate - Honduras Milk 54% with Ethiopian Coffee
About this Product
We've teamed up with organic chocolatiers, Bare Bones, to provide a range of single origin, award winning chocolate bars.
Bare Bones are a micro-batch, bean to bar chocolate company based in Glasgow created by Cameron and Lara. They make their chocolate in a workshop in batches of around 30kg at a time. They roast their cacao on a modified Giesen coffee roaster (just like us at MB!) and have engineered some of their equipment from scratch, to get the best possible quality for their batch sizes.
Each origin reflects the variety of cocoa beans and distinct character of the local habitats. The collection offers an experience of wonderful flavours with delicate fruity, nutty and floral tones.
They're a likeminded company to us at MB and we're proud to be able to offer their excellent selection of chocolate alongside our coffee's.
