Radek’s Chocolate with a bit of extra Bristol heritage…

We’ve collaborated with Wogan Coffee to create the Almond Mocha bar; a rich, indulgent, coffee-infused delight. We’ve combined the finest cacao with delicious, fresh Brazilian coffee beans that have been roasted by our neighbours at Wogan Coffee. As a wholly independent family company who have been rooted here in Bristol for over three generations, there’s nobody better equipped to provide us with expertly roasted coffee to accentuate the flavours of this delicious bar. Ground together with almonds and natural sugars, this delicate process infuses every bite with smooth and complex sweetness. Both coffee and chocolate are ethically sourced using ingredients and processes that are vegan and organic.

This bar is made with ethically sourced cacao grown by farmers respecting human rights, biodiversity and cocoa forestry. Our chocolate is made in micro batches which are stone-ground for three days, blending our specially sourced cacao with coconut sugar, cocoa butter, lucuma and coffee beans before we temper and finally wrap the bars.
