Tasting notes of chocolate mousse, biscuit, and almonds.
This bar is made with ethically sourced cocoa beans grown by farmers respecting human rights, biodiversity and cocoa forestry.
Our chocolate is made in micro batches.
Firstly the beans are hand sorted, carefully roasted, cracked and winnowed. We then stone-grind the nibs with coconut sugar and cocoa butter before we temper and finally wrap the bars.
We are proud to be Bristol’s first bean to bar chocolate maker.
